(Um, yeah, I just said Cesar Millan...you know, the Dog Whisperer? Yeah, him. Not strange at all...) I was pregnant, just like I am now. We were all visiting casually when a donkey/mule/ass that was a pet of Cesar's came moseying on through. It walked up to me and got right in my face and I put my hand up to sort of pet it and get its schnoz out of my face and it totally bit me. Like, hard! So then it just wanted to bite me more, so I had to run into the house and the donkey/mule/ass chased me up to the door and waited outside for me.
Cesar was totally annoyed that I had treated his pet so rudely. He told me that I didn't donkey whisper very good at all, or something to that effect...
It was bizarre. (Which, dreams are sort of bizarre by nature, right? Why am I so surprised?)
But I am just sort of left here wondering: "What the crap did that mean?!"
Here is what a dream interpretation website had to say:
"To see a mule in your dream, represents your stubbornness and unyielding personality. You are overbearing, rebellious and unwilling to cooperate with others. The mule also symbolize menial work. You may be feeling overburdened or stressed. If the mule is dead, then it denotes that your party hearty attitude will lead to unrestrained immorality. It is also an indication of your long sufferings.
To dream that you are riding a mule, denotes that you are undertaking responsibilities that will give you a lot of anxiety.
To dream that you fall off or are thrown from a mule signifies disharmony in love which will lead to a separation.
To dream that you are kicked by a mule, suggests that you are involved in illicit activities, which will bring your much anxiety and fear that you will be caught.
To see bites in your dream, forewarns of danger from someone who wishes you harm, either physical or financial. Be careful of people who surround you.
To dream that you are being bitten, represents your vulnerability regarding some unresolved issues or emotions. You may be pestered by a problem or obstacle. The dream may also be a metaphor indicating that you have bitten off more than you chew. Perhaps you have have too much to handle.
Okay...given that brilliant insight, what do YOU think it meant?

Wow! Well, if you are to believe the dream interpretation website, maybe you have bitten off more than you can chew or there are some unresolved issues. But, I'm thinking it's cause you are pregnant. When I was pregnant, I had some pretty wEiRd dreams...
I think I could have probably made up something just as legit-sounding.
I always had the craziest NAP dreams when I was pregnant too haha so funny. I love your preg. pictures and I love that post! You are always so real and so Laura in all your posts, I love it. You look a.m.a.z.i.n.g for sure!!! xoxo miss you ;)
Not all dreams mean something, at least not until we decide they mean something.
What did the dream interpreter have to say about dreaming of Cesar Millan?? ;D (hilarious pic you found of him, btw)
Possibly it could mean something about feeling out of control, and needing someone to step in and take over once in a while...but then feeling guilty for 'not being able to handle it on your own'...
Or, possibly, you could've just eaten something funky before you fell asleep... ;D
Your dream is great. I had some very funny dreams in both my pregnancies. I wish I had written them down like you did. You will have a memory to pass down... maybe you should keep a copy and read it out at his 21st.
Pregnancy dreams are the best, no? :)
I don't think anyone wishes you harm. Maybe you are feeling vulnerable - like you have put yourself out there a little too much? I hope not. I like reading about your 'adventures'. :) And dreams. :)
Maybe you just don't like mules?
**And I have to add this cuz it made me laugh - the word verification for this is:
horsin... Like horsin' around. Like a relative of a donkey / mule/ass.
