These are a few of my favorite things...
Since we're on the subject of being thankful this month, I thought I would blog about some of my favorite things. (that I am, of course, very thankful for) At 7:00 this morning, I got up and got Kortland ready and out the door (at 8:30) then I got dressed and ready to go shopping with Kyle's mom and sister. As I was waiting for them to pick me up, I realized that I was wearing a bunch of my favorite things, so I made Kyle take some quickie pics of me before I left so I could bloggify them! So, here they are.
This is my favorite "new" (but old) shirt that I got at Ashley and Kass's clothes swap on Tuesday. I love the sleeves. and the color, and the collar, and the big silver buttons... It's just a dang cute shirt (in my humble opinion.) The jeans I am wearing are also my favorite jeans. They are by "Chip and Pepper" and they are made up of super-stretchy denim which ='s comfort for Laura and her aspiring muffin top ;)
I realized that I was also wearing my favorite earrings as well! My BFF Lisa Lee Lou Lou gave these to me for my birthday last year and I love love love them. They are by Betsy Johnson, who always has fun, crazy style, and I just love the funky randomness of them.
My mom and I got the brown version of this shoe at the St. George Target a few weeks ago when we were all down there for a little getaway, then she found these little beauties on Target.com, and I had to have them! When you see them in person, they're actually quite a bit deeper and more mustard-y (just the way I had hoped they would be.) I love wearing them with everything now. The other GREAT thing about these shoes is that they are totally 100% comfortable! I could walk a mile in these babies without batting an eyelash - yes, they are that good! and this color is another one of my favorite things in and of itself! I want a scarf, handbag, and lots of jewelry in this yellow too (so let me know if you see any great deals - those are the only kind I like)
