Delicious beyond description!

Big brother got to cut the cord!

...and he was just a little in love with his new brother!

I woke up the morning of the 12th with a really bad feeling that everything was NOT okay...and it turns out that I was right. (Score one for a mother's intuition ;) Full post to come later, but the short version is: Baby started getting smaller and moving less. I went in for an NST and biophysical profile (with the use of ultrasound) and baby wasn't doing good. So, they sent me straight to the hospital (okay, I went to Cafe Rio and scarfed a burrito first) and induced labor with pitocin. Baby (and his heart) was a rock star through the whole thing. We had an 8 hour labor and BOOM, we had a son! (a really, really cute, fun one who totally snores in his sleep and has his big brother's identical lips.) We are over the moon, and I am really tired! Love you all! Thank you for taking this journey with us!
