After 7 amazing years, we are saying goodbye to our wonderful home in Springville! Many-a-time we have talked about growing old here and raising our kids to adulthood . This has been the longest I have ever lived in any home, and I don't think I can even believe that this is happening. But, after a recent business trip to Arizona, I came home knowing that it was time to go...and it has been hard to wrap our minds around! We are not moving until the sale of our home is final. We would love it if you would pass this blog link along to anyone who is looking to relocate in our area! It is SUCH an amazing neighborhood. Our home is 3 houses away from Art City Elementary School, surrounded by fantastic neighbors, and it has gorgeous mountain views. Located in the desirable east bench area of Springville, Utah.We have loved living in an established community nestled at the base of this beautiful mountain range.
4 beds, 3 full baths, 2 car garage, fully fenced yard with auto sprinkler, 2 fireplaces, huge deck,
1,958 square feet
ASKING PRICE:

The living room has a fully functioning gas fireplace. Because it is ornamental, and doesn't provide a whole lot of heat, we have it blocked off. But it IS in perfect working condition. You could also put in a fireplace insert if you wanted it to have a blower and heat the main living area. I love that this room is so open and airy. We use it for a lot of different things!
Dining Room
Real wood floors.
Sliding door opens to a large backyard deck!
Our kitchen is really quite large for this style of home. White cabinets with brushed nickel hardware. Tile floors. All appliances stay!

I LOVE that this home has a wood burning fireplace AND a gas fireplace.
It is so great to have 2 options. {Especially for the zombie apocalypse when our gas lines won't function and we will be scavenging wood to heat our homes. You know, things like that. ;)}
2 fireplaces ='s perfect!
Downstairs Bathroom with Bathtub/Shower
Play Cubby {under the stairs}
Newly finished - brand new carpet. Rounded corners.
This cozy little playroom has an electrical outlet so kids can watch movies in their own little play-hut.
Has its own light switch and two lights installed.
It is a pretty BIG little play area!
January is NOT a good time to decide to move! At least, not for the outdoor pictures! Our backyard is fully fenced, and has a fully-functioning sprinkler system. We LOVE the huge, mature trees and all of the beautiful, mature plants. The entire backyard is covered in shade by 4:00 p.m. in the summers. It is perfect for BBQ's on really hot days. The grass is in great shape!
I did have a few random shots of the yard from last summer:
This is the side yard. So green and charming...
We also have a large rose garden in our front side yard.
Front yard.
