{You know what this post needs? That's right. A deeeelicious, chubby baby. Cause the rest of it is lame.}
Someone you need to let go, or wish you didn't know.
Again with the Melanie stuff. I don't think I need to "let her go" so much, but I think that I definitely wish I never knew her.
She was just this crazy, destructive, depressed little whirlwind that whipped through my life off and on leaving misery and frazzled nerves in her wake. It was sort of like a bad boyfriend, only, it was a girl, and she was really needy and frighteningly messed up, and I was overcome by this panicked need to save her from herself and/or whatever bum-holish-jerk she happened to be shacking up with at the time...and/or both, as this was usually the case.
Blech. All of it.
So yeah.
If I could erase her, I would.
Do you regret not cutting ties with someone sooner?
Are you still doing 30 days of truth? If so, leave a comment and let me know so that I may check in! I need to make a running list. We need to have a linky party...but I don't know how to have a linky party...

He is getting cuter and cuter. Love chubbly bubbly baby boys! Delicious!
Everyone I think of that I wish I hadn't known, taught me something, so it's kind of hard to wish that away...I'm thinking my way through my 30 days as I read yours. I'm not brave enough to share :)
I am doing the 30 Days, though it is taking longer than 30 days to do it... So yeah. tiltonbunch.blogspot.com
She definitely sounds like a toxic person...yikes.
Still participating..come heck or high water. ;)
I know what you mean. I do have a "Melanie." Yes, I think a lot of people do.
Chubby baby is a plus. :)
Wow...she sounds like a winner! I am doing 30 days of truth on my new blog which you can find at www.laurasatherwitsend.blogspot.com
And I really want to steal some of your answers and use them as my own because you said everything that I was thinking to a T...mmmmkay? :)
Blech is the word! Stuff like this is so very, very hard.
I like the idea of a linky party, if we can figure out what that looks like. ;-)
I totally missed the bandwagon, but it's certainly fun to read. I'm sorry you had to have someone in your life like that. I do have people in my life I wish I could cut ties with, but sadly I need to get over that feeling because they're permanent fixtures, like it or nor, healthy or not...
I'm still in, pushing the truth forward on my blog melissasdance.blogspot.com
I am still doing 30 days of truth...but I skipped day 13 because I'm still working on it..14, however was very easy to write =)
I'm so glad I'm not the only one that is not doing 30 days of truth 30 days in a row. I kinda felt like a loser. Thanks for making me feel better! ha! ;) So...needless to say, I'm still doing it. :)
BTW...LOVE your photography. Your boys are precious!
